Welcome to Sleepy Hollow Fish Camp — the place your GPS warns you about but your friends won’t shut up about. Tucked way out in the swampy heart of Floral City, this is where airboats roar, bikers roll in, and nobody gives a rip if you showed up in flip-flops or your Sunday boots.

Since 1951, Sleepy Hollow’s been serving up cold beer, loud music, and the kind of food that’ll make you question your life choices in the best way possible. We’ve got dart nights for the sharpshooters, karaoke nights for the brave, and live bands that’ll shake the Spanish moss off the trees.

It’s the kind of place where legends are made — sometimes on purpose, sometimes by accident. Whether you’re walking the wings of a parked airplane, riding in on an airboat, or just here to people-watch and grab an order of their delicious BBQ, you’ll fit right in.
